ELIGIBILITY: All regular, full time, employees are eligible.
MEDICAL INSURANCE: MEDICAL, Insurance coverage begins the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment . Deductions begin the first payroll of the month preceding eligibility .
DENTAL INSURANCE: DENTAL, Insurance coverage begins the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment . Deductions begin the first payroll of the month preceding eligibility .
VOLUNTARY LIFE INSURANCE: Additional term-life insurance coverage is available for employees and their dependents at group rates.
HOLIDAY PAY: Employees are eligible for Holiday pay after 30 days of employment. 10 ½ paid holidays are awarded each year.
PAID VACATION: Full time employees accrue vacation pay from the first day of employment. See handbook for further information.
PAYROLL & DIRECT DEPOSIT: Employees are paid on a bi-monthly basis, every other Thursday. Direct deposit for most banking institutions is available.
