March 5, 2007 LNX is pleased to announce that Art Humason has joined LNX Corporation as Principal Technologist. Art will be responsible for the design and development of advanced microwave subsystems integrating microwave and digital technology for the EW and ECM markets. At LNX, Art Humason brings over 26 years of experience in the design of Digital Instantaneous Frequency Measurement receivers (DIFMs) and microwave subsystems. Before joining LNX, Art served as Senior Principal Engineer for several US defense contractors and led the design, development, and manufacture of EW components used on platforms such as the F-15, F-16, Apache, and Sea Wolf. Art has provided technical leadership for programs within the Electronic Countermeasures fields (ECM), Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Radar Warning Receivers. LNX’s core technology includes: Wideband RF/microwave components and sub-systems from 20 MHz to 60 GHz. LNX designs and manufactures mission critical switches, converters, high power amplifiers and multi-function assemblies. In addition, LNX has developed digital receivers, digital RF memories, and digital instantaneous frequency measurement (DIFM) systems. |
May 23, 2006 LNX is pleased to announce that Frank Magnante has joined LNX Corporation as Chief Scientist. Frank will be responsible for the design and development of advanced microwave subsystems integrating microwave and digital technology for the EW and ECM markets. At LNX, Frank Magnante brings over 40 years of experience in the design of advanced microwave subsystems. Before joining LNX, Frank served as Vice President of Engineering for a major defense contractor and led the design, development, and implementation of EW and ECM systems used on platforms such as the F-15, F-16, Rapport, and Nimrod. Frank has held positions as Engineering Manager, Program Manager (PMO), and Vice President of Engineering with responsibilities that included personnel, financial, technical, and company direction for a high technology tier-1 defense contractor. January 17, 2007 LNX Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Tufts as Director of Sales, reporting to President and CEO, Lamberto Raffaelli. Mr. Tufts holds a Master of Science in Business Management Degree from Lesley College. His Professional Sales background includes 23 years in the commercial and military RF and Microwave marketplace while working as a Field Sales Engineer, National Sales Manager, and as a Director of Business Development, selling to such major OEM’s as BAE, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon. He most recently served with Crane Electronics STC Microwave Systems. Lamberto Raffaelli, LNX’s President and CEO said, “We are very pleased to have Bill in this position. This is just another example of LNX's high technology, this is where LNX excels, we manufacture products including converters, receivers, transmitters and other complex assemblies. We initiate discussions with customers where engineering staffing is an issue and have become an extension of their development team. |
November 24 th 2005 LNX chosen again for shipboard secure communications upconverter. • LNX has been awarded a contract to support the US Navy secure communications “terminals”. This “follow on contract” gives LNX an opportunity to support our US Navy's satcom communications at sea. LNX Receives ISO 9001:2000 Certification At LNX Corporation in Salem, NH - We are pleased to announce successfully earning our certification to the ISO 9001 international quality standard . This culminates an intensive 10 month effort to certify the company, which will assist in worldwide recognition and acceptance. LNX Corporation began pursuit of this certification in March of 2003, and was recommended for certification in December by TÜV. The registrar audited LNX Corporations' management systems and also verified that the processes described in the documentation were in place. After successfully completing the registration process, LNX Corporation is now certified to be in compliance with the TÜV standards for ISO 9001:2000 set forth by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
